Preparing a project brief
By default, the brief form prepares a text document within your browser. Form values are held in the current page and are not stored in local storage, saved to a database or transmitted by the website. Downloading creates a file on your device. Copying places the brief on your clipboard. Closing or refreshing the page can discard your entries.
Sending an inquiry
When direct email delivery is enabled, the button says “Send project inquiry”. Your name, email, optional company, hardware category, package, timeline, message and privacy agreement are sent to our server and then to Resend to deliver an email to atharva@snollvisuals.com. The website does not save a submission database or intentionally log enquiry contents. A confirmation means Resend accepted the email for delivery; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. If direct sending is unavailable, the form prepares a draft for you to send in your email app. Do not include confidential files, passwords or payment details.
Resend states that email and log data is stored in the United States and retained for 30 days on its Free, Pro and Scale plans. Your email also remains in the studio inbox under the mailbox provider’s retention settings. Read Resend’s security information and privacy policy for its processing practices.
Email, Calendly and WhatsApp
When configured, an email draft opens in your own email app. You review and send it yourself; the site does not confirm delivery. A Calendly calendar loads only after you choose to open it and then follows Calendly’s privacy terms. A configured WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send a message. These optional services process data under their own terms.
Fonts, hosting and cookies
The website uses Google Fonts when available; your browser may request font files from Google. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information and access logs. This website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or cookie-based preferences. Private preview hosting may use its own authentication cookies.
Commercial portfolio and production scope
The portfolio showcases 3D CGI commercial films, product visualizations, and visual direction studies produced by Snoll Visuals / TheCreativeAdy. Specific client brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Deliverables, aspect ratios, licensing, sound design rights, and revisions are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Package prices are indicative USD ranges. Final outputs, delivery dates, revisions, taxes, licenses, confidentiality and payment terms require a written agreement. CGI is a communication service and cannot guarantee crowdfunding success or commercial outcomes.
Questions or corrections
Use the studio email displayed on the contact page when one is connected. If no contact destination is displayed, the page operates as a project-brief builder and does not collect inquiries. Avoid submitting sensitive information until an owned contact service is available.
